Moonlight on Majuli runs from November 22 - 26, 2026. It is structured as five days and one deepening arc. History comes first, then the river, then island culture, so Raas Mahotsav arrives with context instead of spectacle alone.

## Day 1: Jorhat To Sivasagar

Arrive in Jorhat, settle in, then enter the Ahom world through Sivasagar's royal structures, water gardens and temples.

## Day 2: Ferry To Majuli

Cross the Brahmaputra from Nimati Ghat, reach Majuli, and begin reading the island through its Satras.

- First encounter with Satra culture.

## Day 3: Crafts Of Majuli

Sit with practitioners of mask-making, Salmora pottery and manuscript painting, and see devotion become form.
