Cancellation & Transfer Policy
In simple terms
Reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. If you cannot attend, we are happy to transfer your confirmed place to another individual.
Transfers
A confirmed reservation may be transferred to another individual if you notify egomonk immersions before the immersion begins and provide the replacement traveller's full name, email address and phone number.
The replacement traveller must accept the same terms, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions and on-ground expectations associated with the reservation.
Travel To Jorhat
Travel to and from Jorhat is not included in the immersion price. Any flights, trains, hotels, insurance or third-party travel arrangements remain the traveller's responsibility.
