Reservation And Payment
A reservation is confirmed only after traveller details are submitted and the full payment is successfully processed.
Cancellation, Refunds And Transfers
Reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. If you cannot attend, egomonk immersions is happy to transfer your confirmed place to another individual before the immersion begins.

Included And Excluded
The immersion includes accommodation, meals, local movement, river crossings, guided visits, craft access and festival-night interpretation as described on the website. Travel to and from Jorhat is not included.
Traveller Responsibility
Travellers are responsible for arriving on time, sharing accurate contact details, carrying valid identification, arranging personal travel insurance if desired, and respecting the cultural, ecological and community contexts of the places visited.
Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the egomonk privacy policy.
